Terms & Conditions

  • Payment Terms

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex or other advance payment via wire transfer, check or other certified funds. Payment terms are available with an approved credit application. H2O Filter Warehouse requires all initial orders to be prepaid.
  • Minimum Orders

    Minimum Order is $30 per shipment (Samples Excluded). Orders less than $30 will be accepted with a $7.50 Order Processing Fee.
  • COD Terms

    H2O Filter Warehouse does not ship COD.
  • Backorder Policy

    In order to minimize the work load associated with processing back orders, H2O Filter Warehouse announces the this new back order policy:

    Unless cancelled by the customer, H2O Filter Warehouse will fill back orders without contacting customers in advance of the back order shipment.

    All back orders not filled within 60 days will be cancelled. When items that have been out of stock for 60 days or more become available, customers will be notified by email and a new order can be placed for the item.

  • Shipping

    All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse in Marietta, GA. All freight billing is prepay and add. We no longer bill customer's freight accounts. We have a daily pickup with UPS. H2O Filter Warehouse reserves the right to bill for freight charges or incidental, additional freight costs that are charged to us, on your behalf. Freight quotes are estimates based on the best information available.
  • Transportation

    Claims for damaged goods in shipment or shortages must be made by customer directly with freight company. Once a pallet has been signed for, the trucking company removes itself from any responsibility for missing boxes, and/or damage. H2O cannot be responsible for damages or lost packages caused by freight carriers.
  • International Orders

    International Orders must be prepaid in full in U.S. funds via wire transfer. Many product warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S. H2O makes no guarantee of warranty coverage, serviceability, or compatibility for products that are used outside of the U.S. All duties, customs, taxes, tariffs, import fees, broker charges, ect. are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Returns

    All returns must be approved by H2O Filter Warehouse and a return authorization (RA) form with number must be issued. Sales returns are allowed for a maximum of 30 days from the original invoice date. A restocking charge of 15% will apply to returned goods. Products must be received in commercially resalable condition to be eligible for refund. Products returned wet or having been wet or not in their original factory packaging or shrink wrapping are not eligible for refund. Merchandise must be returned to H2O Filter Warehouse freight prepaid. Any restocking fee that is charged to us by our supplier, on your behalf, will be passed on. (See Returns Goods Policy) Shipping services are not refundable. Special Order Goods are not returnable.
  • Verbal Orders

    We prefer all our orders to be placed in writing via fax or e-mail. Verbal orders and changes to orders will be accepted only with the understanding that H2O Filter Warehouse is not responsible for freight charges for returned merchandise ordered verbally. We will fax or e-mail an order confirmation for your review to help insure accuracy.
  • Limited Warranty

    Many H2O Filter Warehouse products have a limited warranty covering workmanship and materials. Some products sold by H2O Filter Warehouse have no warranty, or they are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Please contact H2O Filter Warehouse for more information regarding warranties.
  • Product Suitability

    Suitability of any product for any application is the responsibility of the buyer. H2O makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning any product and its merchantability.
  • Prices

    Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Past Due Accounts

    H2O Filter Warehouse does not ship orders to customers whose account is past due. A 1.5% per month service charge will be applied to all past due accounts.
